Many color lasers can be profilied with RGB profiles these days...

So, I did like I usually do, with success, for my R1800. But the print
seems to have a problem... see the line accross each patch.

I know this issue is not from PFP 2.0 but maybe you could help me..

Actually it might possibly be some odd artifact from the PFP target, thats the diagonal where the patches change for various modes. Open the TIFF file of the same target in Photoshop, being careful not to covert it or assign a profile, and print from there. That may eliminate your strange artifact...
