The ColorVision support exceeded my expectations. I had an error when I tried to measure the white patch (no ink) in Hahnemuhle Smooth Fine Art with PrintFix Pro. And when I wrote a comment asking about this, they asked for my serial number and my address in order to send me a new Spectro. all the way to Argentina , free of charge, even though I had bought it almost two years ago in New York . Also, they never asked me to return the old one. The measurement error was only a problem with certain papers that seem to have brighteners. I apologize for the bandwidth use, but I think that good things are worth to be known. N�stor
