Look for the distinction in the squares especially the corners and so forth. What you are looking for at that point is how much ink to lay down and that will differ from printer to printer, paper to paper and media setting to media setting. Your test targets may show a color cast as well and that is what your profile will be built from. i.e. your computer asked for this color and your printer printed that color so the profile will correct for that by doing this...
