ok for sake of completeness here I think I know what the issue is but haven't fixed it yet. It seems like the latest Spyder software 2.3.5 updates the driver from cvspydr2.sys to spyder2.sys. ColorNavigator is still looking for the old driver - so yes it is an issue with Eizo needing to update software. I have forwarded my thoughts to them today so hopefully they will get organised. Meanwhile I tried to roll back to the old driver, but even after trying to delete all registry refs to spyder2.sys I can't seem to reinstall the old driver. Seems like a one way driver upgrade.
