You can cut out a number of variables (color settings in Photoshop, 
color space in Photoshop, color managed printing out of Photoshop, 
gamut and quirks of your personal image, etc) and get a result with 
some meaning to others by printing the standard test images that come 
in PrintFIX PRO or Spyder3Print directly from PFP or S3P... that makes 
it a bit clearer if your issue is the profile, or something else.
