If so: if you have the "Show Edits in Preview" box checked in the "Build" controls, then the slider adjustments will show up in your softproof. You can prevent this from happening by unchecking the "Show Edits" box before you build. (The printing part of your profile will be the same, so the prints you make through it won't change; this affects only the "preview" part of the profile).
