Well, start by updating to the most recent build of the application, 
which would be the version of Spyder3Print currently available for 
download at the colorvision website. See if this version solves your 
issue. If not, then send a detailed description of the problem, and 
your system, to the colorvision support system, also on the colorvision 
website, and we'll see what we can do for you. Also try renaming each 
new build, so that an overwrite failure won't result in the new profile 
not getting saved to replace the previous one.
