I would start over completely - reprint a new set of targets on the Mac,
remeasure, and build a separate set of profiles. Label the target prints
so that you can tell them apart from your older PC target prints.

The reason? There may be differences in how the Mac driver for the  
printer
works. Uncalibrated, it may not print exactly the way that the PC driver
does. Better to make sure, by completely redoing profiles separately
for the Mac.
