Have you managed to fully resolve the issue? I have noticed that reds seem too saturated and yellows tend toward orange. My grayscales seem fine. I have used PrintFix Pro extensively with my 4000 with no issues and the R1800 seemed fine before adding the CIS. Thanks Peter
