I'm in contact with Colorvision now on the issue. It keeps selecting the wrong display is the problem. It doesn't effect the monitor but only the Television for some reason thinking it's the default. Well anyways I gave up on using profile for now and just did a color calibration adjusting the colors themselves on the monitor. It does improve it alot maybe not as quite as much as with a profile but it is useable now.
