Datacolor User to User Support Group.

Hello all, 
I'm totally bummed!!!! So, I installed all software, printed out targets; get to the measuring 
stage and plug in the spectrometer and nothing. I've tried several computers with no luck. No 
lights on the spectro light with or w/out the button pushed down. I'm assuming that I 
received bunk equipment. Thought i'd ask on here in case anyone had insights as to what the 
problem could be. This happen to anyone before???
