Zerofriction" "Mouseskates" newegg.com has them for $4.00. They are 
the slices stuck to mouse feet to decrease the friction between the 
mouse and the mouse pad.  Furthermore, they help to protect the 
original mouse feet and the mouse pad, saving you the expenditure of 
replacement.
