Sorry! tried to thank everyone for their help and wound up sending my own message back. I'll work on this and let you know how it goes.

I do love this new Mac, and when all is transferred, I know I'll be much happier!

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
