Hi David, my confidence with Datacolor's support have re-instilled. I guess we can't totally rely with email correspondence. I will send the .xml file soon, meanwhile can I make use of the white and black tiles in the calibration base to check e.g. the white/black tiles have a reference reading if out by 'X' amount read-out means the 1005 is out of spec. etc. Or Datacolor ship a simple chart to check the 1005, that will less taxing on Support when dealing with numerous .xml files.... just my thought.
