Datacolor User to User Support Group.

I've printed out the 729 patch chart from my Epson 1400 onto
Hahnemuhle Fine Art Pearl. For some reason, one patch consistently and
completely different from the printed patch. Sheet 3, row 14, column
A, is a pretty strong yellow yet reads as blue!

I've been unable to log into the Datacolor site. It seems to have
forgotten my email address and I've yet to successfully, create a new
account. Where's the download page? I can't find it. Or is that only
available once you've logged on?
