A followup to my previous posts. Basically what the Eizo support people are telling me is that I have to uninstall both the Spyder3Elite and the Eizo software and then reinstall the Eizo ColorNavigator but not the Spyder3 package. The reasoning is that there is a conflict between the device drivers for the Spyder3 Colorimeter. I have done it and, to the naked eye, I think the Eizo monitor is now OK or at least better. Of course, I have nothing to check with other than their software which says the monitor is calibrated. I will need to do some soft proofing/printing to see if this is true. Without the Spyder3 package installed, I cannot now generate a profile for the second monitor which is not an Eizo but that is minor as I use it to park my Photoshop tool pallets, etc. and not the image I am working on. Besides, it is a basic LCD with limited options for color management. Rollin
