The extended grey file that I measured is showing up in the extended grey drop down. But 
it has the name of the file that I had originally used to measure the 723 patch target. So I 
think I just messed up by giving it the same name. So if it is in the right template, can I 
rename it?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
