I recently purchased and started to use the Spyder Pro 3 to calibrate my
Apple 24" monitor. I am very disappointed since the calibration seemed
way off , the prints I generated were not even close to what appeared on
the screen. I then recalibrated with the software from Apple operating
sysytem and found my prints to be much closer to what appeared on the
screen then the prints I generated from the Spyder calibration.
This is about the only Cinema Display I haven't owned, so I can't speak to this model specifically. But the Cinemas in general, and the Apple LED backlight displays in general, profile nicely with the Spyder3. You would have to be more specific than "way off" to get any more detailed assistance. Perhaps you could send me a description of how its off, and a copy of the profile in question, off list, to the email address below, so I could assist.
