Datacolor User to User Support Group.

When it gets to the point of assistance on specific error messages,  
doesn't it make sense to go to the Datacolor support system, and get  
tech support?

By the way, this is a Windows failure, so you will need to check your  
permissions, etc, to see why Windows can't write a file to your  
profiles folder.
