Hello ! I have the following problem : at the end of the process, when the system wanta to create the profile, an error message occurs : SaveProfileUsingICM.InstallColorprofile failed (C:\Windows\system32\spool\drivers\color\Dell2408WFP(Digital)-1Spyder3.icm) Has anybody an ideau about this error and the possible correction ? When it gets to the point of assistance on specific error messages, doesn't it make sense to go to the Datacolor support system, and get tech support? By the way, this is a Windows failure, so you will need to check your permissions, etc, to see why Windows can't write a file to your profiles folder. C. D. Tobie Global Product Technology Mngr.
