Absolutely nothing. In fact, if you have a videocard utility loaded, unload it. The problem is that videocard companies tend to forget that the LUTs in the card are used for color management purposes, and offer tools for making adjustments to the LUTs; which trashes the LUT data that the color management software has place in the VLUTs...
