I'm sorry I didn't pick up on it before. I tend not to read about printers other than my own. (Too much temptation!) I only chose colorsync to verify that there was no color management enabled... only to discover that *some* management was automatically enabled. What I did not understand until now is that it was the act of choosing Colorsync that switched on management. Hmmm. Why have I never been tempted to make this mistake when I print in Photoshop?
