Try running Spyder3Elite at gamma 2.2, native whitepoint, visual  
luminance, and be sure that there are no other utilities flashing the  
video LUTs after S3Utility does. It's easy enough to switch between  
the two profiles on the Mac, bur more difficult to run this type of  
comparison under Windows.

You won't run into double profiling issues if the S3 profile is  
correctly built on static Eizo settings to the target values noted  
above; but you may still run into LUT application issues under Windows  
if you aren't careful.
