Hi
I just bought a Spyder 3 from B&H to set up my
new Dell U2410 (this is a brand new monitor from Dell). I too have tried
many variations and always get a very bland yellow /green screen . I was
going to send it back to B&H but this is one of the few items they will not
exchange for refund so I am stuck with it. On the dell they have presets one of
which id sRGB that looks very good after setting color space in windows to same
sRGB. but it is not perfect but I could live with it .
Question did I just through away $141 ? I have
checked many forums on this subject and seems many have same problem. Some say
Spyder 3 functions have been disabled and can be engaged with software for
another $99 like in the elite spyder. OK so how do I get this thing to
work.? Could it be defective if so how do I replace or
better yet how do I get my money back . Any help would be fantastic
