Hi Tom:

You're looking in the wrong place for those settings. You're "at" the  
page setup
screen, but you need to select paper type, output quality, and color  
management
in a different place: in the printer preferences/properties.

(This has nothing to do with us; what you're seeing is the standard  
Windows
series of dialogs for printer configuration; we don't have any control  
over
how all of that works).

Look for the button that gets you into printer prefs/properties and  
you'll see
the things you need to click on there.
