I am using Windows XP Pro, with all the updates. If you want other system info, please be specific as to what you need. I still had a copy of version 3.0.7 and re-installed it, and it was OK. Updated to 3.1.3 and the problem came back. If you e-mail me your e-mail address I can send you the screen captures using Outlook. I don't know how to attach them in this group. --- In datacolor_group@yahoogroups.com, C D Tobie <CDTobie@...> wrote: > > > On Dec 12, 2009, at 9:45 PM, mjfait wrote: > > > In Spyder 3 Pro version 3.1.3 when you select thr Recalibrate option > > and got in "Current Settings" window and then select "Change Current > > Settings", at the bottom of the window it's supposed to display: > > > > Grey Balanced Calibration: ON > > Ambient Light Compensation: OFF > > > > but it only says: > > > > ON > > OFF > > > > > > This used to display correctly in version 3.0.7 but not in 3.1.2 and > > I was hoping that it was fixed in version 3.1.3, but it wasn't. > > Please send me this information, along with your OS, OS version, and > other system info, so that we can figure out what situations it occurs > in; it certainly didn't happen on the systems that testing was done > on... > > C.
