There isn't currently a way in the software to convert a 4 page target measurement set into a 2 page set. If you're not satisfied with the profile you're getting from the 4 page measurements, however, that's more likely to imply that something else is wrong (you may have printed the target incorrectly; or you may have performed the white calibration on the spectro incorrectly; or there may be something wrong with your measurements; any or all of these). Measuring and including the extended grays (the last 2 pages in the 4 page target) shouldn't do anything more than make your profile more accurate around the neutrals; it shouldn't give you a profile that's "worse" in any way.
