Datacolor User to User Support Group.

What is the acceptable method of profiling canvas using the 
Spyder3Print system?

Will the colorimeter work properly on the uneven weave of the canvas 
and give the best profiling data?

Or should I just use a matte finish paper that has a close white 
match measured value using the colorimeter?
