I "edited" theh xml file and was able to save the profile - which proves that I somehow failed to save as a profile yesterday. The resulting profile is absolutely spot on as far as color and saturation go. It did need a +5 adjustment of Brightness. All's well now. Everything seemed to go well until I tried to check that my profile was actually in the WIndows/System32/Spool/Drivers/color subfolder where it was always saved in Windows XP. I had named the profile "EUPL" (for Epson Ultra Premium Luster paper) but in the folder mentioned, there was no such profile. My monitor profile is there where it should be. Are printer profiles now saved in a different place? Did the profile not save after all? > > > > Bill Hansen > > >
