Well, the profile will automatically show when you print from  
Photoshop, its just a matter of selecting it.

Photoshop manages color is a Photoshop printing setting, in the driver  
you would choose the same setting as when you printed the targets.  
That should work for most simple drivers (like all-in-ones and  
lunchbox printers). If not, you might have to resort to more advanced  
settings to fool the system into not doing another transform. But that  
all depends on the driver, the OS version, and the Photoshop version,  
etc...
