Re: [datacolor_group] Spyder3Elite 4

>>I just upgraded to the Spyder3Elite with the new 4.0 upgrade. I have a Dell 3008 WFP Rev 03. I'm having a hard time calibrating it. Its the only USB port connection at the time of all calibrations, but I always get very similar results. There is always this pinkish effect on the display. Do you have any ideas? If you have tested this monitot what settings do you recommend in regards to Gamma and brightness as well as RgB settings. Please help me out.

First test would be to calibrate to native white point, and see what result that produces (in terms of perceived color casts). Please use the images in Spyderproof from within Elite to make your visual checks. And see what happens when you toggle between calibrated and uncalibrated states.
