You could use a profile utility like the free ColorSync utility under OS X, or the not free ColorThink Pro application from Chromix. But I suspect you are talking about comparing the measurement files, not that profiles. ColorThink would do that as well, though a simple Excel spreadsheet would also allow comparisons of values. If there is enough demand I can load Excel spreadsheets for this to the files site.
