Datacolor User to User Support Group.

I haven't made a profile for a while but I have a new inkset and need to do a profile.
First some info:
Windows vista, Epson 4800
I downloaded Spyder3Print 4.1.1 and wanted to print the target through it. I typed in the paper type I was using(Innova Fiba Semi matte) as well as the media setting then printed the target(s). Afterwards I began to ask myself about the media setting. There was no access to pick from a menu from within S3P so how does one do this? The only thing that comes up is a screen in which to pick paper size, tray(or manual feed, etc).I can go into PS(CS4 in this case), but I do not have access to the page setup unless I call up an image and then the settings chosen will be for that image, not the target.
There has to be a way to access the media setting to print the target, but I can't figure out where.
