Thank you for the reply and I apologize for
forgetting to ad my platform info. I run Windows XP. You said to
uninstall first for windows but I forgot one other thing to ask in my original
inquiry. Do I also have to unplug the spyder sensor and not reattach until
told to do so by the update/upgrade? If I remember (which fails a lot
these days), when first installing this package, I had to wait until the
software was installed before attaching the sensor.
I am sure there was a step by step guide to doing
an update/upgrade on the DataColor web site but I could not find it. Thus
the reason for bothering everyone on here with something that I am probably
making a lot to do about of nothing.
