Datacolor User to User Support Group.

I upgraded to Spyder Elite 3. Have all of my serial#'s but I never get the "next" button to proceed. I opened a ticket from the website yesterday but still have not heard anything. It's frustrating when a company does not have a phone # for assistance. The same unit installed on a windows machine but not on the mac. I'm posting here hoping I will get a faster response than from the official website.
