Datacolor offers phone support in Europe and the US. The US number is (800) 433-1885 9am-5pm eastern time. Advanced support works best through the web ticket system, since it can be assigned to the appropriate resource, and researched as needed. But basic items can often be solved over the phone. 

You did not provide enough info for me to determine just what is happening. For instance, exactly what you upgraded from, and to. Could be any of several issues, such as trying to use an Elite v3 serial number to activate Elite v4 software. 

I assume you will get a reply from support shortly, they usually respond within a day or so.
