Start by changing your profile "save" location, to make sure it's not a permission issue.

The reason I was recalibrating is because my update to 4.0.2 several days ago has somehow resulted in a slight red cast when I use Photoshop's Save for Web tool. I had had this problem (only worse) a few years ago before buying a new monitor and the Spyder3Pro. I hadn't had the problem since then until a few days ago. I had tried several things and finally decided to do a full recalibration again today. No luck. It won't let me save a profile once it has completed the calibration.
