I just received the Spyder4 Elite package and installed it. I did a calibration of both of my monitors to 100 cd/m2, 6500K, 2.2 Gamma and the two monitors appear visually to be the same or extremely close. I decided to try the Studio Match function but am having a problem specifying the brightness level.
The screen identifies the two monitors and shows one set to 100 and the other to 99 cd/m2 but shows a recommended setting of 89. When I try to override this to 100 or 99, it still shows the target of 89 after taking a reading. Both monitors are capable of a brightness greater than 100 cd/m2. I do not seem to be able to override the suggested setting of 89.
Am I doing something wrong?
