LOL. NOT really. I went a couple rounds with their "tech support" and then promptly got what amount to the kiss off with the message: "In the end, all this depends upon the quality of your monitor. If you can't reach the target luminance within the 4%, try to get as close as physically possible, than simply hit CONTNUE."
