You don't do anything in Photoshop to use the profile that was created when
you calibrated your display. It's set as the "system profile", and Photoshop
uses it, automatically and silently, to adjust the contents of its windows.

Do NOT set the display profile as your RGB Working Space. Use sRGB, Adobe RGB,
etc which are actual "working spaces" (profiles designed specifically for conversions
between device dependent and device independent color spaces)
