The 'blue turns purple' is a standard problem with most profiling software - 
professional or otherwise. Have a look at Bruce Lindbloom's site where he 
explains it:-

Click on Calc (first item in top line), then under Munsell Display 
Calculator (3rd from bottom) click on 'blue turns purple'.
