If you haven't heard back in three weeks, then I'd say you aren't on
the list; their response time is a day or two. They would just refer
you to me anyways; and I'm flying back to the US tomorrow, so I'll be
in a better position to do testing and documentation later this week.

I still never got a reply from my support email to CV after 3 weeks....
Tobie, responded to my direct email, but has not had the time to look
at my issue with him traveling to the UK over the past two weeks....
Xun was able to take my profile and fix the blues for my two primary
papers, so that has helped get me through that past three weeks (thanks
again Xun)
If anyone has any other suggestions on how to get the attention of CV,
it is frustrating to buy a product for $500 and then need a third
party to make it work for me..

I am really frustrated with this product, I still have two other
printers to profile and two more papers and I am sure I will be running
into the same issue. I need to get colorvision on the phone...
