Stephan,
if you have a chance to test your printer connected to another
computer, then do it! Now I'm so far to believe that your current
system is corrupted someways. Or at least start with installing or
reinstaling the latest printer driver. 
But let me also count some things.
a) Nozzle check is ok.
b) Print Head Allignment is done
c) You're using the Canon OEM inks.
d) ICM checkbox is unchecked.
e) Print Type is set to none.
f) All other colour sliders are set to neutral.
g) Correct Media Type is selected (Photo Paper Pro Media setting is
useless for every other paper than Canon PR-101 !)

We will fix it !
