Datacolor User to User Support Group.

Just downloaded version 1.1.1 now unable to calibrate the reader and
measure the patches. I've rebooted the computer, checked connections,
tried another USB connection - but no success

Other thoughts???

For some unknown reason - nothing changed in the past
30 min. But it is now recognizing and has calibrated
the reader. Off to read a few paper profiles
