Datacolor User to User Support Group.

Hello, Cant get the upgrade to recognize the spyder. Any tips?

Did you uninstall your previous version? Did you install and   the software, 
then plug in the Spyder at the proper time? There is a new driver in the new 
version, so its important to uninstall before installing.

If this doesn't do it, you'll need to send a note to 
customerservice@... to start a support ticket on this. Put: "Issue with New Spyder Driver 
" in the subject line.

I did all of those things. How do I just update the driver? I think
that is the problem.  Thanks!
