My main harddrive crashed, and I'm reinstalling everything. I've downloaded Spyder 3 print, but I guess that doesn't come with the driver for the spectro? I can't find my original cd-rom, so is there a place to download the driver on the net? Thanks, Derek

The Spyder3Print installers for both platforms do everything that you need; you're not missing anything that's on the CD. Is your spectro not "showing up" after you've installed? Correct, The spectro isn't showing up after installing Spyder3 print. Yes I've rebooted since installing it. The device manager shows a Color Mouse III device with a question mark. I assumed that device is the spectro, since it goes away when I unplug the spectro. Any other ideas? There's a procedure to do this; not many people have this problem, but it's possible for it to occur (it's a Windows-only thing). Email me off-list at davem@... and I'll put you in touch with someone at Datacolor who can lead you through the steps tomorrow; that should get everything working for you again. I got around the problem by manually installing the Spectro driver from the Spyder3 Print DSCS Driver subdirectory. --- In colorvision_group@yahoogroups.com, David Miller <dm2363@...> wrote: > > >Correct, > > > >The spectro isn't showing up after installing Spyder3 print.
