How to get new graphics card to have individual calibration for dual monitors

I have just recently purchased Photoshop CS 4. Before this, the Nvidia card I had worked fine and loaded dual monitor calibration each time I started up. I installed a new Nvidia 9800 GT video card (3rd card I have tried) to work with the Photoshop CS4 Open GL components. Only one profile is loading for both monitors on start up. Originally after installing the video card, I got error message 1168 which said "there was no calibration data in SRGB color space profile for plug and play monitor. Select different profile using profile chooser." I went to Control Panel, Display, and added profiles I had used from Spyder 2 Pro (1-plug and Play Monitor and 2- Plug and play monitor) and tried to set 1 as default for monitor 1 and 2 as default for monitor 2, but when the system starts up both monitors register the same profile and not individual ones. I interfaced with Data Color (Spyder folks) with no luck. I downloaded the Windows Color Settings for Control panel, and in Devices, it shows idendical names for both monitors (Plug and Play Monitor on GeForce 9800). It idd allow me to enter the desired profiles there one for 1 monitor and one for the other, but when I start up one profile loads into both screens. I am able to use Profile Chooser to pick the correct profile for each monitor after I start up. Does anyone know what to do to get individual profiles for each monitor? Thanks so much.
