I don't know it's been quite a while. I had someone who was e-mailing me but at the time I didn't have internet. I asked them to please call and no response. I tried calling several times and was put on hold for 10-15 minutes each time before I gave up and hung up. I've learned to live with the problem to a degree. I'm sure there is a fix but I just can't find it. Thanks for replying so soon, now that I have internet access... maybe can get this squared away.
