CAN'T ACCESS EXISTING XML FILES IN SPYDER3PRINT

CAN'T ACCESS EXISTING XML FILES IN SPYDER3PRINT

2010-01-26 by tech4x5

I just installed Spyder3Print SR 4.1.1 into my new Windows 7 64 bit computer. At the screen "Begin Profiling", I choose "select existing measurement file". The next screen is "Select File" and I am asked to select a measurement file from the drop down list. This list has 4 preloaded canned profiles, 3 Epson & 1 HP.

I had previously used Spyder3Print 3.5 on my XP computer and had made several xml files which were located in C/PF/Datacolor/Spyder3Print/Data/Print. I'm not sure if this is correct or not, but I copied these xml files to my Windows 7 computer at C/PF(x86)/Datacolor/Spyder3Print/Data/Print where the 4 canned xml files are.

When I go to the drop down list under "select measurement file", I only see the 4 canned files, not my xml files. How can I see & access my previous xml files so I can use them to adjust future profiles?

Thanks,
Matthew Kraus

Try the command that opens the measurement files folder, then drag and
drop them to that folder, and see if that solves the issue.
