Vampire D's Spyder3 issue...

I've asked for help here in the past and never got anywhere with solving the problem, but if there is anything I can do to get better results, I am all ears.

The advice I assume I gave before, and which I'll give again, is that the correct way to work on a problem like this is to submit a support ticket at the datacolor.com site's support section. This group is great, but its not a support team. For some reason people seem to be resistant to doing that, but its the only way I know to resolve such issues. I'm certainly not going to attempt to cover it here on the list, its too complex, and I don't have all the tools needed.

Ok, I will do that, but as I said I did do this in the past via Email & Phone and a year later still have the problem after putting in 10+ hours trying to resolve it.

Well, if you sign up for the test program that you were responding to my post about, that should solve the problem without even having to contact support… as you will be able to try a new Spyder on your displays.

How do I go about doing this?

Nevermind, I see it. I will respond to that, thank you.

Read the original email you responded to… the ability to read it, and respond to it correctly, is the basic test of capability. If I give you more directions, that would be cheating.

Sorry about that, ironically I didn't even read the email. I just happened to see the name in my inbox and I just had some issues and I was at a peek of frustration with it. Frequently forget GMail keeps the subject unless you click edit below and I just hit reply and cleared out all the text. If I actual read it, I'd have responded that way right off.

I sent a message as per requested.
